August 1, 2009 - Update to the conditioning schedule:
- Due to the preseason meeting at the school, there will not be conditioning on Monday August 3rd. However, when our meeting is over,
you are more than welcome to come over and hit the ball around for awhile. There will be no running or agilities.
- There will NOT be conditioning on Wednesday August 5th, Thursday August 6th, Monday August 10th or Tuesday August 11th as I will
be out of town visiting family. I highly suggest you call a teammate and get together with someone to practice. YOU STILL NEED TO
RUN!! You will not be ready for August 15th if you take this time off.

Things YOU need to do!! - July 29, 2009
1. Tell your parents about August 3rd! Fall pre-season meeting 6pm at Lackey.
2. GET YOUR PHYSICAL!! If you don't have an atheletic clearance packet, go to the school in the main office and pick one up.
You can also get these on August 3rd. There will be physicals at Lackey 5-7pm on August 4th or you can get one from your own doctor.
Physicals are good for 1 year only.
3. Make sure your bow length is labeled on your stick by August 15th! This is the first day of practice. It is very
important for the whole team that we are all ready to go on the 15th.
4. RUN!! It's hot outside so make sure you get ready for the season by running outside at least 5 days a week from now until the 16th.
Keep yourself hydrated and pace yourself! You CAN do it! :)
Email or text me if you have questions. Enjoy the next few weeks of summer!

July 26, 2009 - The site is well underway! I have uploaded a lot of information for both players and parents. Plesae make sure you look over the calendar for this coming season. Below you will find a .pdf file that explains where the bow length measurement should be located on your stick.
***PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO TAKE CARE OF THE NEW BOW LENGTH REQUIREMENT!!!! Your stick must be clearly labeled by our first scrimmage on August 26th. I tried to get the stickers myself but I am unable to do so therefore the responsibility is yours. If you do not make the effort I will assume you do not want to play.
Can't wait to see you all on August 3rd! Make sure to stop by the school and get your atheletic clearance packet so you can get your physical and start on August 15th! Also - don't forget that conditioning is Monday - Thursday from 6-8pm at my house. Take a look at the calendar for more details.
See you soon :o)
